Room rental fees include the use of available tables, chairs, additional furniture, and dishware.
Facility Set-up:- Two hours of set-up time $50.00*
- Additional set-up time $30.00 per hour*
Staffing Fees
Staffing: $20.00 per hour*, per employee
- The hours charged for staffing will include: one hour prior to guests’ arrival, the hours of the event, and one hour for clean-up after the guests depart.
- The number of staff required for an event is determined by the number of guests and the type of event.
- At the Event Director’s discretion, an additional $100.00* service fee may be charged for extraordinary post-event clean up.
Gratuity: A gratuity of 20% of total alcohol and food sales will be added to the final bill.

We will not serve alcohol to guests who are younger than 21, and guests who are 21 and older may be asked to provide proper identification.We reserve the right to terminate bar service for any individual that we deem necessary.
Linen Rental
There is a flat fee of $150.00* for the rental of all linens. Our linens are available in white, ivory, tan or black and include napkins, tablecloths, and additional linens for draping.
Wedding Ceremony Set-Up Fee
We will arrange the ceremony site to fulfill your wedding ceremony needs by removing tables and chairs and setting up ceremony seating...$50.00*
Bridal Suite
A bridal suite is available for the bride and bridal party to prepare for the event. The suite has wood floors and mirrored walls...$50.00*
Tents
A flat fee covers the rental of our available tents, set-up, and take-down...$50.00*

Chocolate Fountain

Indoor/Outdoor Audio System

Kitchen & Equipment Rental Fee
