Staffing Fees
Staffing: $20.00 per hour*, per employee
- The hours charged for staffing will include: one hour prior to guests’ arrival, the hours of the event, and one hour for clean-up after the guests depart.
- The number of staff required for an event is determined by the number of guests and the type of event.
- At the Event Director’s discretion, an additional $100.00* service fee may be charged for extraordinary post-event clean up.
Gratuity: A gratuity of 20% of total alcohol and food sales will be added to the final bill.

We will not serve alcohol to guests who are younger than 21, and guests who are 21 and older may be asked to provide proper identification.We reserve the right to terminate bar service for any individual that we deem necessary.
Linen Rental
There is a flat fee of $150.00* for the rental of all linens. Our linens are available in white, ivory, tan or black and include napkins, tablecloths, and additional linens for draping.
Wedding Ceremony Set-Up Fee
